A 10-minute woodland walk from the parking area takes you to the House & Studio. A golf cart shuttle is available for those needing assistance.
The Frelinghuysen Morris House & Studio does not permit visitors to take still or video photography inside the House & Studio and requests that visitors do not carry backpacks or large packages into the House & Studio.
Bordering Tanglewood, the Frelinghuysen Morris House & Studio is accessible from Hawthorne Street. From Tanglewood’s main gate go south on Route 183 (.3) miles to Hawthorne Road. Turn left, go (.7) miles, and turn left again on Hawthorne Street. The entrance is (.4) miles on the left. Or, from the Lenox monument, go (.3) miles on Old Stockbridge Road, turn right on Hawthorne Street. Entrance is (.8) miles on right. A 10-minute woodland walk from the parking area, or a complimentary shuttle ride takes you to the House & Studio.
